Pumpkin good for both constipation and loose stools in dogs - is this true?

Have found an article really interesting, cant link cause it was on another forum but it says about Pumpkin being good for both constipation and loose stools in dogs, really handy to know thats if of course it is true, anyone know or heard of this?

Well after first hand experience pumkin does go through quite solidly and without stopping, removing itself from the dog in a firm manner with a dark consistancy


Krissie stole the pumkin lid when the kids were carving them at halloween

Yes no messy side effects and she loves it i have had to hide the rotting remnants from her!!!!

i was going to mention you when you mentionedit i did a search + it came up to a natural dog food feeding site + it said pumpkins were good for them

Pumpkin is good for them - never tried it for canine pooping issues of either type but can assure you that dogs LOVE it!!!
