She still has no energy and she started pooping with some blood on it. Its not runny poo its more sticky and I noticed that there was some blood on it. So I am taking her to the vet today. And I will keep you guys posted on what the vet says. Hopefully shes ok .

Sorry it took me awhile to give you guys some news. I went to the vet and she had a intestinal parasite exam and they also checked if she had parvo virus because of the blood on her poop. Both came out negative, thank goodness. She does have a respiratory infection though and she still won't eat. So vet told me to feed her even if she doesn't want to eat, he gave me food to feed her. He also gave me antibiotic and two other meds she has to take. I just feel sorry for her she has to take all those meds. Right now she's ok so hopefully these meds will help her and she;ll be back to her old self. Thanks to everyone though for your kind words.
