She's not rubbing it at all - it doesn't seem to be irritating her - it's just watering......

It's really odd......

I can't see anything in it, and it's not sore

No idea Lorna. One of my old labs had Hypo-thyroidism, which made his eyes water for no reason. I'm hoping it's not that!

I'm sure it is nothing like that, it will be something simple and she will be fine, I'm sure.
Sending (((hugs))) to your girl xx

Don't you go worrying Vicki, you're letting your imagination take over now. She's maybe poked herself in the eye with a twig or piece of grass.

((Hugs))

Probabley something really simple and easy to sort out vicki, i've used cold teabags on the girls eyes as they are always getting problems. Bianca has a "tight" eyelid and her eye waters alot when out side. Vet has checked it and it just doesn't warrant surgery and she seems fine with it. So we are just used to seeing one of her eyes running when out side.

If the eye has discharge may be a sign of a minor infection but it doesn't sound like that - i wouldn't panic too much. good luck tomorrow and let us know what the vet says.

It looks fine this morning. I shall keep an eye on it ('scuse the pun).

I don't want to bother the vet unless I have to.......
