Anti Virius....for Dell...

Anyone Know of a Good free Down load for my Computer For Anti viruis, I had Mcafee But i did not Work, Dell tried everything...to sort it, they have refuned my Money....But i need a free Down load....Untill i can sort out what to get, any ideas would be a help
