Sweep save the original doc, then save again with a name like (to play with) then you can try all sorts of things but your original doc will be safe with it's original name, just make sure you rename the document you are going to try and amend first before you change anything. If you get it the way you want it then save the improved copy under another name, you can then dump the others if you wish or keep them if space is not a problem.
