I have problems with my knees and have been suggested to take Ester C tablets. Got them for my birthday but haven't really been taking them as I should. Will give it a fresh start tomorrow

Hi,

you may not think that this is very helpful, but when i had my first Rottie she had bad hips and elbows, Rimadyl did help so i gave her Kelp tablets, within a month there was a dramatic improvement in her, when we had her you could see that she was having problems but after she had been on the kelp for a month she was running round.

I hope this helps Ash

Ozzy
