wolfys vet chat (back legs unsteady / liver problems)

well me & hubby chatted to vet tonight vet has said to keep wolfy on 12mg steroids instead of 4mg for next 5 days , monitor back legs . If legs no better by wed next week we will have to put him to sleep but if high steroids dose works he will he will carry on with the high dose , then in 2 wks time hell have another blood test , to check liver AGAIN , if liver is better we'll STOP liver pills & he'll stay on steroids for as long as poss. But if liver isn't better we'll have to call it a day with him!! poor lad

aww its a real shame we have to loose our beautiful pets make the most of your time with him and treasure all your beautiful times together he may surprize you and get a bit better will be thinking of you all and hoping and praying for a good outcome
