shutzhund training

does anyone here do shutzhund training with their dogs and if so what do they think of it?

yes two of my dogos are trained,and i feel its great for them,its a hobby,they do work in security,but as a night watch,never off lead,some bite work,and bay tech.work.....

I would quite like to have a go at Schutzhund with Yogi, but don't think there are any clubs near enough for us

Hiya - clubs i know of in scotland are : steelend (fife), Glasgow, and stirling (this one was good). If any are close enough, i'll get you some details.

k9xxb, we are going to try one in darvel, ayrshire..saltire dog training I think it is...its the only one we can find..do you have the other ones phone numbers..ayr is a long way away from falkirk and stirling would be better???

Stirling is a very good club - if you google it, you should find their website with a couple of numbers - janice and jock mitchell - really nice people.
