Badgers and development
The issue is that a site is under consultation for development and has been 'surveyed' for the council by consultants who say they found no evidence of badgers during the survey, yet residents (me included) have seen them and they frequent some of the gardens.
I understand the it is against the law to interfere with a sett so does anyone know what the next step could be? The consultants have submitted a letter to say they found no evidence of badgers and the residents have submitted objections to the proposed development saying they have seen them.
