I bought a half check which looks to be from the same manufacturer (same style of image) and the chain rusted in a month or so Totts took a reaction to it and lost all her neck fur which was gorgeously thick before.

Just watch out for it

Just being dumb here
how is a 1/2 check less likely to slip than a flat collar? I thought a 1/2 check was only supposed to fit as tight as a regular collar when fully closed? Or do you make them tighter on a dog with no neck

Just for info for me really - my pair have little necks and giant heads so no slipping here
