Thank goodness it was you who found her, at least she is safe. She looks in quite good condition, i.e. not matted or anything, so hopefully she will be reunited with her owner soon.

Yes, fingers crossed that she is reunited soon.

I have just had a phone call from dog lost Scotland so she is on their site now too.

She is obviously well looked after, her coat is clipped and she is well fed

If she's been clipped, maybe contact some local grooming places to see if they recognise her?

If she's from the local area may be put in a word in the local shops? She looks in good condition so she must hopefully be someone's loved pet....Some good old posters probably wouldnt do any harm outside either incase shes a companion for someone who perhaps doesnt have internet

Hi,

Rosie has been reunited with her owners who had been at work all day and didn't know she was missing.

Good news.

How did they contact you in the end?

Hi,

It is very strange really, a lady I had phoned who owns a cocker went and spoke to another lady and they thought it might belong to somebody just down the road. They printed off a poster from dog lost and put it through their door then they phoned me. The address that they said rang a bell so I then phoned one of my sons friends who works for these people and hey presto it was their dog.

It is a small world.

But Rosie had a very expensive collar on, but had no tag and no microchip, she could have been stolen.
