Thats brought back memories, I used to walk the Green Grocers dog Bob when I was 10....never earn money I just wanted a dog.
When I got my first BC at 10 I used to take her and Bob, although Bob was a very sensible old boy

Sadly I wouldn't do allow it now, times change and here we have far too many status dogs with youths, they are more a fashion accessory and even we as adults have had remarks like 'could your dog beat mine'

Maybe if I lived rural I would let our FS take the dogs out, they would love it and be more likely to be watching/herding him
