Sat. morning we do our weekly shop, I take Casey for a little walk while OH pushes the trolley round. I came to a little path that leads to the river and there is a bench to sit on. I usually sit there (to get my breath back) and think about various things.

Today I was thinking of you Moyra and wishing for all to go well and for you to be home and happy very soon.
