Urgent, Lab needs home or will be pts!

This was posted on our Northern Inuit Forum today...............
Please can anyone help. The RSPCA won't take him as they said they find it hard to home young dogs!

please, someone must be able to save him. His name is Oscar and he is great with kids and other dogs. He's entire.
Can anybody help!

My friend has a Labrador dog 10 years old that need urgent rehoming!!

He is a plesant friendly dog that need attention and company he is
in excellent health for his age!

If he doesn't get rehomed within 24 hours he will be put down!

The only reason he need rehoming is because his owner died and he
has been staying with another family member.

My friend can keep him because her son is allergic to him and its
sets off his astma

He lives in widnes!

Can I cross post this?

And surely someone will take him without having him put down? There are other places than the RSPCA...?!!

You are more than welcome to cross post. I have phoned Lab rescue and they are on the case. She was very nice and just went straight to taking the details about him. I hope they can help. I would have him here but 2 entire dogs inside and a bitch pup would mean some shuffling around and I don't want arguments.

i was going to suggest lab rescue as well cos they will never put a healthy dog down. Also thats where i got my lovely boy from and i know they will look after him.
I will keep my fingers crossed that someone nice will give him his forever home soon
Good luck Oscar!
