Mind you, perhaps the floaty chiffon worn by the Malamute handler was the other extreme.

The Dandie Dinmont which got placed 2nd in the terrier group should have been in that line up tonight..i honestly think it would have made things slightly more interesting, no biasty.
The tt did do well, but i really liked the maltese.

I thought the Mal handler was dressed a bit over the top.. BUT then the Bloodhound handler was also the owner and the breeder I think.. which shows the difference... she was out to have a good day with her own dog..

Personally I would rather see a badly dressed owner/handler than an overdressed professional handler..

I mean why have a good dog and keep it in tip top condition for someone else to get all the praise and glory!

Can't understand that myself

Sometimes they just do better with a different handler.

one of mines shows better for any one but me.
Seriously. proffessional handlers are not really used as much over here, so think they stand out more.

The bloodhound owner porobably spends all her money on her dogs, and let's face it, all that slobber would ruin any decent clothes LOL. Yep, picked out the Tibbie, didn't like the Akita,Flatcoat didn't sparkle, liked the beardie. Kath
