The law states that a person has to 16 years old to buy and legaly own any pet inc dog.

i think its about time licenses were introduced back in but on that they have to show a certain amount of trainning dependant on age.

but then again my brother has a EBT and is 17 he still lives with my mum and the dog goes every where with him and he doesnt encoruage her to fight ETC but he could and sometimes looks like one of thease numptys that has the breed to look clever and hard but that is how it looks and is not like that at all so i think sometimes its how other people see it.

Sorry I dont agree with age limit on owning a dog, them same kids will grow up and be the same as adults. Pets help kids have responsibility. Why should some idiots ruin it for the rest? Parents should take more responsibilty though
