Buzz, male Patterdale, DOB 2004 – Gatwick, West Sussex
Buzz, Patterdale, DOB 2004 – Gatwick, West Sussex
Homing Requirements: Buzz was kept in a kennel outside for the latter years of his life so needs patience as he learns to settle as he is so excited to be in a home again. Buzz was apparently worked as a young dog and has a few scars and a torn ear to prove it. He is very scent driven and will trace a mouse smell and dig out anything he thinks is suspicious.

His Story: Buzz is an older Patterdale who has lived around children but was ousted to a kennel in the back garden for the last few years. Husband left the owner of Buzz and the wife had an 8 month baby and couldn't keep him anymore. We offered him a rescue place and he was neutered, given a full dental, chipped and vax'd. Buzz is now in boarding kennels near Gatwick, West Sussex while he waits for a foster place or home.
Advert: There is a Buzz about town! Buzz is easy to walk, easy to manage and easy meeting dogs, people and children! He sits on a command and automatically offers his paw. He walks on an extender enjoying the sensory information from his walk and just loves being out in life again; a far cry from his kennel. Buzz is now being fed a good quality diet and seems happy.
Buzz is a 10 year old wire haired Patterdale who is in good health. Buzz is comfortable on his own but may be a bit needy initially just because he will be so appreciative of company. Buzz needs to relax, retire, enjoy long walks and nights in front of the telly! What a treasure to own.
Please note that this dog is currently in boarding kennels and is also available for foster until a 'forever' home is found.
