Just spoke to Helen She is on a diat ?
her lunch today was;Roast beef and Yorkshire pudding
Baked potatoes.
vegetables.
gravy.
and one big pot of chocolate ice cream.
your opinion is asked for ?
maybe a bit of advice ?
