I live in Harlow Essex,we do not live in the town centre you can drive in 10 mins, the buses take longer,we are on the borders of Epping and have fields.nature reserve, woods, crematorium, quite handy, also near Stanstead,Hatfield Forest and close to the River Lea and Stort some very nice walks and countryside on our doorstep and within driving distance. Our ambition is to move right out to the country one day.Just have to decide where.

Hi Tam

My OH is a rugby freak so I have heard of your place and the way you pronounce it. You pronounce the G at the beginning like the ch in the scottish loch.

Here are some pics of beautiful Dorset - small county in the SW of England - the bottom left hand sticky-out bit!

We live in Bristol, SW part of the UK, we have the 'lovely' Clifton Suspension bridge:

We also live very close to the big Blaise Castle Estate, where we walk the dogs:

Im in Glasgow and live not far from Hampden Park. We can hear concerts and matches and whatever is on depending on which way the wind travels.

The 18m (58 feet) tall Langside Battlefield Memorial (1887-8, Alexander Skirving) marks the site of Glasgow`s most important military encounter. A plaque explains that the battle of Langside was fought on this ground on 13 May 1568 between the forces of Mary Queen of Scots and the Regent Moray, and marked the queen`s final defeat in Scotland.

and Queens Park the place where I walk Star and Finn

Hi Tam, we live in the North-East of the UK, Northumberland ... not far from Newcastle & between Morpeth & Alnwick at a little place called Acklington... we are about 3 miles from the coast & the farmhouse we rent is surrounded by loads of fields & woods where I walk Eddie.

Alnwick is famous for it`s Castle where the 'Harry Potter' films were .. er ..filmed! It is lovely in this area, lots of wildlife, National Parks & great for walking ... which we try to do as often as we can.. the beaches along this coastline are beautiful too, very unspoilt & clean .. the North Sea can be a bit cold for paddling though ... & you only swim with a wet suit on Lucy
