18 yr dog fussy with food. Alternative foods suggestions?

My 18 year old terrier mongrel has become very fussy with her food.
She is on a lot of medication now for incontinence (which works!)and for her heart- however she still has a great quality of life and still walks 1 to 2 miles a day.
My only problem now is she is becomming thinner and thinner now. I am having real problems interesting her in any food. The only thing she really likes are dog biscuits and at this ripe old age I am prepared to give her anything!!
I have tried food from the vet, dried ,cans, rice-
Any suggstions out there? I just want her to enjoy her twilight years and try and find any food she may enjoy!.

At age 14, my Kali enjoys plain raw beef mince from Tesco, with kibble.

My very fussy oldies will eat Royal canin sensitive which is a tinned food which doesn't upset their tummys .
I also feed them a few times in a day rather than once or twice . They will also eat bonio biscuits . Cooked chicken and cold meat in small amounts

She has just woofed down a tin of tin salmon with rice out of one of MY bowls! (Good tip not using hers!) Fantastic! I will keep trying all of these tips! Thank you.
From one very happy dog owner (and dog now!)

Hi Lily as dogs become old as with humans their senses are not so acute and that includes the sense of smell.
Have you tried sardines in oil (with the oil drained away) these are strong smelling and a little added to rice can be palatable to an old dog.

I would feed little and often, three meals a day of small nutritious meals including porridge (made with water not milk) with an egg added and a little honey, fish/chicken/scrambled eggs/ rice/pasta.
