I dont think you were daft to call the vet at all
I am sure your dog will be fine but an online dog I know (who was v old) died from eating a tub of butter he developed pancreatitis and was v sick

Think if you are worried you should call the vet, just because my daft dog was ok yours may not have been.

Lola is fine, I'm glad to say!

All back to normal and the smelly farts have now ceased too! (Was not prepared for that!!)

My two dont try to pinch food but their farts stink so they have absolutely no excuse
