Should I wait to worm?

I'm just wondering if waiting 1 day is going to make a difference to my 8 week patterdale.

I wormed him 2 weeks gone Monday but was thinking of giving him the tablet today so I can clean up before the bank holiday ends.

The Tablet is Milbemax from the vet, the same as he had at 6 weeks with no reaction.
