Would This Diet Work For You???

1 grapefruit
1 slice whole wheat toast
1 cup of herbal tea

Lunch
&nbs! p;
1 small po rtion lean, steamed chicken
1 cup spinach
1 cup herbal
1 Hershey's kiss

Afternoon Tea

1 The rest of the Hershey Kisses in the bag
1 tub of Hagen-Daaz ice cream with chocolate chips

Dinner

4 glasses of wine (red or white)
2 loaves garlic bread
1 family size supreme pizza
3 Snickers Bars

Late Night Snack
1 whole Sarah Lee cheesecake (eaten directly from the freezer)

Oh Buzzie, you are joking aren't you I once (many years ago) tried a diet which had the exact same breakfast and I did cheat a bit latter in the day, and guess what, I didn't loose a single ounce, let alone pounds

I couldn't cope with the herbal tea or spinach but everything else sounds good.

lol, thats what most of my diets end up being like, an angel in the morning then the willpower goes to pot and i eat everything in the house

You might stick to this for week but its not a life change diet is it, you won't eat this way all the time - as soon as you start eating normally you will gain the weight again. Do yourself a favour and join Weightwatchers - i've just lost nearly 3 stone - its the only thing that works for me !
