Ashes to Ashes

Is anybody watching Ashes to Ashes?

I love it already I am loving all the eighties clothes, music etc, I feel all nostalgic watching it

I loved, loved Life on Mars and was gutted when it finished so it is great to be able to watch Gene Hunt in an Audi Quattro in eighties London.

I know, brilliant
I wasn't sure if it would be as good as LoM but I think it is working so good.
Love the fact she keeps talking to herself, and they all ignore her. Imaginary Constructs

I thought the first episode was weak, but I've really got into it now.

Love seeing the 80's clothes and cars too! Still think Life on Mars was better though

Totally agree...I love the way she is always slurping big glasses of wine and squinting through an alcoholic haze.

I didn't like the first episode but stuck with it and am now enjoying it. Was worried about how it would compare with Life on Mars but it is so different that it doesn't matter.
