Its funny that because I was only saying to O/h the other day how I wish the bricks were like the new ones that they build houses of today and he said that the bricks on my house will last a lot longer than those new ones because the new ones start flaking They are called 'Accrington' bricks and are apparently expensive bricks according to O/H Our house was built in 1939 and only my family (Grandparents on mums side, mum, dad and my sisters) have ever lived in it since it was new

It doesn't really take a lot of maintenance Fred, my o/h does it every Friday after work and he has done it all both back and front within the hour and demanded a brew as well
