Dentist---OUCH!

Don't usually post 'personal' events---but today I went to the dentist after suffering with a really poorly tooth all weekend. This morning it was all swollen and VERY painful.

I then decided it could go for good-----unfortunately after 4 injections I could still feel every poke of that needle thingy the dentist uses. Choice was antibiotics and hope it went down or cope with it being taken out. So I coped, but only just.

Boy did it hurt! It still does after several painkillers.

Never again!

ooh very brave - I had 2 out earlier in the year & was nearly hyperventilating
Its the crunching noise as they twist & push at the roots that gets me.
But well done for being brave & I hope the pain has gone down x

...and a hell of a lot worse with no anesthetic!

I am trying to be sympathetic....but staying out the way is usually best option!
Last time I went I think I caused the dentist to leave the practice!

Thank you----it could well be Karma but I am not about to share what for!

I don't feel better yet but I am sure I will do soon---just working out how many more pain killers I can have and wondering why they aren't working!
