Suki's puppies... Ok i give up.....

No not with the babies!!!! or with Suk's......

I have just about managed to tell them apart for the first week but as they are growing they are becoming more and more alike. so i have given in and ordered ID collars. this is the first time i've had to do this, normally i'd use coloured nail polish but that won't show up on their dark coats (she huff's).

Suk's takes a break

I've bought them for my poodle litter as they are all going to be black! How have they taken to them?

They are great! Although i have had to cut them in half longways as they were far too thick and really long. so this means i have extra collars to use, they just need some double sidded sticky added to them.
the puppies don't seem at all bothered by them and Suki isn't fussed she hasn't tried to take any of them off.

Aww, they look so cute - I love the one in the middle of the first photo - upside down & fast asleep....definitely looks like they aren't bothered about the collars at all

I always wondered in our breed how people would tell them apart - especially when you have an even sized (as in weight) litter!

I love these babies - they are so beautiful and seem very content.

Thankfully they all have little white markings on their chests but as they are growing the marks are fading and changing shape. i had names like
girl two dots
boys large flash dot above
boy long flash
but they are changing so much their names don't ID them clearly now.
