Getting A New Horse :D Woo!

Woo
Well ive decided to get a new nag
something that i can compete in aff BSJA but also a horse that the b/f(yes hes still here! lol) can ride....because atm he cant ride my little pony....sooo
i was thinking something around 15.2ish (because im only tiny-so anything above that i look silly on!)
a cob x probs, the bf weighs 13stone so that should be ok right?
He wants a bay tb x....no offence to anyone but im one of these people that loves all different coloureds etc but he wants a bay! haha..
oh well, i thought id share it with u all cos i cant wait another new neddy to share my love with hehe
were going to see a fjord x gorgeous 15.1 mare soon shes only 1750 as her owner is losing her land..so we'll see, althogh as some will know this is something that def cant be rushed!

So xcitedd!
Tiff x x x

Our cob was only 14.2 but would carry 13 stone without thiking..if you get something cobby you can afford for it to be shorter..

Good luck with the search for a horse.

If your BF wants a bay TB X, don't discount TB - something draft crosses even though many of them are taller than 15.2hh. They are awesome horses.

A 15.2 thoroughbred could not carry 13 stone.
They have very little bone.

As a guide the thicker a horses cannon bone is the more weight they should be able to carry.
So i would def go for something cobbier!!

P.s. let me know what the fjord is like...cant see it BSJA ing but could be wrong would be interested to know.
