Muesli Bites

Oh boy I'm on a roll here.

5 oz of butter/margarine,
5 oz of muesli,
2 oz of chopped walnuts,
5 oz of currants,
4 oz of glace cherries,
3 oz of grated plain chocolate,
5 oz of cake crumbs, (you're bound to have some leftovers)
1 can of sweetened condensed milk,

Method:
heat oven to 190 C, (gas mark 5)
Melt and pour the butter into a baking tray,
Sprinkle over the muesli and press it into the butter, sprinkle over the the nuts, glace cherries and chocolate, top over with the cake crumbs and press down lightly, pour over the condensed milk, completely covering the cake crumbs, bake for 30 - 35 mins, remove from oven, allow to cool slightly then mark into squares, chill in the fridge then cut into squares, you'll get about 40 pieces, so there's plenty to go around.
