Shows in North West?

Does anyone know of any shows in the North West and around Cheshire, companion, open, or champ???

Champ shows are limited by availablity of suitable venues, ones I can think of in the north west are Stafford (the showground, quite a few there) and Blackpool. If you can get hold of either of the two dog papers they list most shows every week in plenty of time to enter, for companion dog shows also look in local shop windows, vets etc for adverts as they may not go to the expense of an ad in a National publication.

Stafford showground holds several champ shows including manchester(january),Birmingham national(may),houndshow(august) and midland counties(october)
Blackpool champ show is just outside blackpool(June) and Leeds is at Harewood house in leeds(july)

There is a fun dog show as part of the Warrington Horse fair on Monday at Daresbury, Warrington. a very small show but good fun. Just turn up on the day to pay a £ for each class you enter. £ to greyhound rescue.

Border Union Champ show is North West, but quite a trek from you

How far are you willing to travel?
Just had a look on Dog shows uk, Chadderton and dist and Blackburn and dist both have beagle classes but both are in Clayton le wood, about an hr from Crewe.
