I think, bearing in mind our local vet thought it was PRA that's what he was checking for, but he found lesions (like black spider webs) all over his eyes instead and brushed it off as mild MRD and nothing to worry about, so long, goodbye.

I'll obviously update you all on Thur but it's really pissing me off!!

She also said she has never heard of this report/KC registration and suggested that as he wasn't being tested for breeding that might be why it isn't done. I explained that at £95 for a consult I would expect to have had a record of his findings by now, especially bearing in mind there is a possibility he may one day go blind!! Unlikely I know but still!
Please can someone give me a clear idea of what I am to ask for so that I'm armed with it all when I call on Thursday.
Thanks chaps.
This is whats happening on Thursday

No, I can't speak to this vet to query any of it until Thursday at 6.45pm because that is when he's available to speak to clients.

Not really much more I can do except research and arm myself with a load of questions.

I'm not worrying about the result as am certain if there was cause for concern he would have warned me but I do want to check why he is so confident that Woody wont ever go blind, why not reported on KC site, why no certificate or at the very least a report sent to my vets, in 5 weeks.

On another note I still haven't had the claim form form ins co either so will have to chase them too.

Amateurs! ;o)

Now shoot me down in flames in you want to, but it strikes me that if I had been in your position regarding Woody's eyes and any future problems that may arise, I would have been on this long before now! Just wondered why you have left it until now?

Because a) I thought I'd give the man a chance, b) I'm too busy sorting out another issues with him and the vet and c) I have been told categorically that there is nothing more to worry about. It will be 5 weeks on Thursday.
