Yes it does Sweep, and I end up spraying everything other than the oven

I use ovenpride. It's about £3-£4 and it's brill. Put it on the inside of the oven, put the racks in the bag supplied with some of the cleaner and leave overnight. Wash it all of next day and hey presto, one clean oven

Word to the wise though, make sure you wear the gloves provided, this stuff burns like hell when it makes contact with your skin

The main item I can't get clean isn't the oven, it is the ring thing on top of stove(silver) and the black bit that sits on top, looks like something spilt and not wiped off straight away(I blame OH) this is new cooker too, just can't shift it?

Try ovenpride on them Sweep. Put a small amount on both the ring and the burner thingy to see if it tarnishes either of them. If it doesn't, go ahead and try doing the rest.

18 months? Try 7 years...

The way I see it it gets hot when I use it so that probably sterilses everything...
