Physical abnormality

Hi guys.
I have a slight concern about my 13 week Old Tyme Bulldog. His left eye opening seems to be slightly smaller than the other. I have looked and it definately seems to be the skin and not the socket or eyeball. Sometimes when he's tired it seems to close up a bit, is this something to be concerned about or will his face make sense in the end? lol. Also my Staffie has lots of tiny scabs over his neck and legs, i think it's where they are always play fighting and the pup has sharp teeth. It doesn't seem to bother him but i'm trying to stop the playful biting anyhow, should i put anything on the scabs?
