My two get no LESS than two hours each day, that is their minimum and in addition they also get biking (Cassy only), flirtpole & springpole (alt days). In the summer they also get swimming at a nearby loch every few days or when the weather permits. Walking and biking make up the basis of their exercise though, I enjoy walking and at weekends I will more often than not be found up the hills, it's a great way for me to relax and get some peace and it's nice to be able to let the dogs runn off lead securely.

Most days we do approx 1 hour (Teagan is still a growing girl). (Road walking, offlead running etc, playing&training, then road walking again).
But if we go to the beach, we do about 2 hours.

My lot have an hours walk every morning, I went out at 7 this morning and just got back. Around tea time when OH gets in we usually go up the fields for them all to have a mad half hour chasing round.

I dont really walk Ally so have no idea. But I can see she´s in shape by the way she works. Yesterday she kept the speed even after a long and hard test
