Dogs or Bitches for you?

Just wondering if you own bitches would you or have you swopped to a dog and vice versa would you after your dog have a bitch?

I have bitches now but the "best" dog I have ever had was a Stafford dog. Sam he was so laid back and chilled I have bitches now because I think they are "easier" although not sure that is the case. Maybe I am lucky with two reasonably laid back bitches too, or is it that I am the reason I have laid back animals.

Ive only "just" been introduced to the world of bitch ownership - and what can I say - shes quite a character

Both of my dogs ( Gus -and Sam before him) have been chilled out cuddle monsters. I would have got another male except that people advised not to have two males together.
Libs is a bit more hyper and headstrong than Gus up to now but having to choose between them - I just couldnt

You think she is more headstrong

Because someone at agility last week commented on how "hard it must be to control her" about Sal yet I have never even considered it maybe we all just adapt to the sexes we have like we do to the individual dogs.

In my family and now me, its always been bitches. I babysat a rottie dog pup, and he was soooo impossible.

I dont think I'd ever get a dog! Bitches for me!

you're probably right Kazz
If I went from a bitch to a dog I may have found the male too strong but because Im used to him - I find it quite normal

maybe we just adjust to staffys full stop and we're the bonkers ones
