A tree full of magpies......

I`m sitting looking out of my window at one of the trees in the garden. I think there are 9 magpies sitting there.They keep launching themselves off and gliding in the thermals then going back to roost, then the same all over again. Either that or the wind keeps knocking them off.....

I`ve never seen so many at once before.

According to a quick google search i`m in for some LOVE!!!

• One magpie indicates danger

Thats different to what i say
One for sorrow

And seven for a secret never to be told

Those do sound more like the song I knew as a child.
