Why is the vet vaccinating a dog that may well have a depleted immune system due to all the other issues going on?

What issues? She is perfectly healthy, her only problem was catching her dew claw yesterday.
RGT normally booster, spay and do the teeth, worm and de'flea as soon as they arrive in thier kennels. The only reason she wasn't taken to the vet and only recieved wormer and flea treatment in kennels was because she came into season the day after arriving with them, so it was agreed I would have her after she finished her season and then i would take her 2-3 months later for everything else to be done at the vets and they would pay. She has been better off waiting till now as she has been built up from her racing days and looks in much better condition, than she was.

I have just heard from the vets, she is recovering well and I can collect her at 5pm
