Chicken breast (or fish)
French long green beans

Potato - we use sweet

Large frying pan or Wok
Low fat spray such as Lo Cal

Cook diced potatoes until tender, drain and leave to one side. Do same with any veg.

Spray Pan or Wok with low fat spray, add diced chicken and stir fry until cooked. Add veg & potato and stir through, put into dishes and serve when cool enough to eat

Tip: If using frozen veg. You can put the lot in the Wok or Pan a few mins before the end
Sorry thicko question here, you boil the potatoes first then put them in the pan?

Well we got the small bag of food for Harvey. He was given one dry kibble which he ate with relish, means nothing, he eats anything with relish

He got half small handful soaked mixed into his dinner tonight so will see how it goes. Its £15 for a small bag so isnt cheapest food on the planet - obviously if it works, it will be worth it & of course the larger bag will be more economical.

At least the recipe with this food guarantees it wont change

I have to say before discovering Rosie was hypothyroid, she had a lot of skin issues & i tried her on this food which did help. Once on thyroid treatment she never had bother with her skin again.

Will keep you all updated on Harvey's progress

Well folks so far so good. Today for brekkers Harvey got a small handful of soaked kibble in his food. Tonight he got half/half. Will do same tomorrow & take it from there. So far there has been no reaction, however its too soon to be optomistic ....
