Well that's at least a positive update. Keep looking in wondering if she's given birth to them yet.

I knew when they said 12 to 14 and she didn't have them that something was wrong. They did a test to see where she was and said within 12 to 24 hours she would start labor

Okay quick update, mom had 6 boys and 2 girls. Most of them about 1.7 lbs smallest weighed in at 1.42 lbs will try to get a picture up soon. Mom is still trying to shake off the drugs from her c-section. She has nursed them twice and I currently bottle feed in between since mom is weak from the lost of blood. Long story, will fill you in once I can get a few zzzzz

Thanks for the update and congratulations to Momma. I hope she recovers quickly and that she and her puppies will go from strength to strength.

Things took a turn for the bad, I had a boy that left this world around 9am and I was with him until his last meal and breakfast. My heart aches and the tears have been coming down all day. It was due to an infection that he most likely got from mom. Her stitches became infected but she got on antibiotic and each pup got a shot today. I have meds for mom and shots for each pup for the next two days. I will post a pic when I can.

So sorry to hear that you lost one of the boys - hope momma and the other pups will be OK.

I cannot find you on Photobucket - can you post a link please?
