I'm going to see Take That tonight

I am so excited - don't think I can do anymore work today. Might go and play their CD extra loud in the kitchen!!
(My OH thinks I am very sad - but I don't care!!!)

Oooh I used to love Take That - I thought they were wonderful. Got most of their CD's etc but never saw them in concert. Mark Owen came from the same town that I do and I have met his mum, dad and sister (all at seperate times walking their 3 dogs -two rescue border collies and a mongrel) in the field just near my house - they used to live about 5 mins walk away although haven't seen them for a bit so they might have moved.

Have a fantastic time and tell us all about it tomorrow

Well, my two friends and I went to NEC last night to see them.

They were FANTASTIC. If anyone gets a chance to go - grab it.

It was the best concert I have ever been to. Real value for money.

Then they came on fairly soon after - did not keep us waiting and they were on stage for over 2 hours. Halfway through they ran down a huge walkway over the heads of the crowd and were on a podium in the middle of the crowd, then they ran back through the crowd because they wanted to meet everyone!! - I wish I had been nearer!!

I was screaming - not very dignified for a woman of my age!!

I want to go again!!

Yes my local radio station Key103 was raving what a good concert it was when they were at the MEN Arena the other week. I think they are coming back to Manchester again sometime soon to do another concert. So sounds like they have still got 'it' then. Glad you had a lovely time.

Hey Foxy - If they are coming your way - then do what you have to to get tickets!! I think they even have some available on the ticket sites as the dates now are added dates. There was not a spare seat to be seen at the NEC yesterday.

Just checked - it's this Saturday 20th May that they play the MEN Arena in Manchester again. - no doubt it will be sold out already.
