Salmon....

Landed my first one yesterday... only 5lb but a bonnie fish.. and I doubt I'd eat much more in one sitting anyway

Popeye Salmon.... Salmon fillet... covered in spinach then wrapped in shortcrust pastry.. Beautiful

Well done. When you catch a really big one I`m told to wrap it in foil and cook it in the dishwasher on a normal cycle. apparently it cooks to perfection as it steams in the heat!!

It's not 'farmed', it's a wild one (look at the broard fan shaped tail) so I suspect you caught it for real !
