How about "The Winner Takes It All" by ABBA?
Any sad country song about lost love
Any Frank Sinatra song about lost love
"That's How Much I Feel" by Ambrosia
"Hearts" by Marty Balin
"It's Impossible" by Perry Como
"How Lonely Life Can Be" by Perry Como
"In my Life" by The Beatles
"All Those Years Ago" by George Harrison

There are a lot more, but I'm starting to feel sad

The one that always makes me cry is:

My Silver Eagle by Roger Whittaker, I want that played at my funeral, (hopefully not for a few years yet).

I love that film Beaches I watched it years ago and I could not stop crying especially when she sang the song at the very moment her best friend passed away, good heavens I couldn't breathe through the whole second half of the film.
