What questions do you ask prospective Puppy owners?

Was only something someone asked me and I wondered what everyone else asked

I have a questionaire that I get them to fill in, I also spend a good hour or two talking to get a feel of them and see if they say anything that contradicts there replies on the questionair, once I am happy they go onto my waiting list.

Same here, I have a questionnaire which I send via e-mail, then meet them and ask probably the same questions again to see if I get the same answers. I also ask for their full postal code and do a Multi-Map search to see if the surrounding areas are the same as they are telling me. Lots of e-mails too.
