Don't know what it means

Hi,
I must be getting old, Someone has sent me an email and all it said was someone was "kangooo" what does this mean?

I'm losing touch with the real world!!!

Sorry can't help either,but if it make you feel better.I find it hard to holsd a conversation with my kids,with all the strange things they come out with these days.

Aren't Kangoos those Renault cars/vans that are used to carry wheelchairs etc ?

someone was "kangooo" => someone was mobile ?
