I'd mention that to Dell! Perhaps they'll ask for feedback on the repairs etc. Sounds like this guy needs to go on some kinda course to put a stop to his daft phobia!

I had the same with an ambulance driver once My son who was about 4 at the time had fallen and hurt his head, so i rang for an ambulance and because Satan my german shep x was behind the gate (wrought iron) at the side of the house, he refused to walk down my path until i removed the dog My son's head was pouring of blood the best about it was, Satan couldn't get no where near the ambulance man, but he still refused....so in the end, i had to put my dog in the back passage way, just so this man would treat my son

Because I love dogs I find that really irrational, but...

I guess we are all entitled to our phobias...Mine is spiders and heights and I wont have anything to do with either...lol...So no expecting me to fix a computer up the top of a tall ladder with a big creepy crawley balancing next to me...lol

If I had of been the guy I would have made a point of saying, it's not the dog, it's me, I'm just really scared of them...That way you guys wouldn't have gotten offended.

Dogs truly are our best friends for sure

Not to worry Fern spent his entire visit barking at him from outside the window

LOL-
He sounds a bit extreme....Must admit i'm not always comfortable with some dogs...i was bitten - completely out of the blue when i was heavily pregnant by a dog i knew,i wasn't even really near him and i've never fully been able to shake that fear i get now and again with certain dogs-but matey sounds pretty rude !
