god bless strawberry jelly

as some will know I have been on a diet

its been hard,, not a gram of suger in three weeks no jam, no sweets, nada

but for the last few days I have been able to have some JELLY,
just thought I would share that with ya,, sweet stuff thats not fattening,,,,suger free stuff of course!

Yyuuup ! It certainly does . Mmmmmm , Strawberry jelly , my favourite .
I'm glad to hear the diet is going well Shona and that you can now have a wee treat. Do you eat it on its own or can you have some fresh fruit with it ? Fruit sugars are not fattening , only the processed stuff.

Lol, course it does coz the only one you can get in cubes is the one that's pure sugar!

When I lost 7 stone after having Charlie I used to eat the jelly everyday. I also used to whip it up when it was almost set for a more bubbly texture, just to vary it a bit.
