Hospital appointment this afternoon ( Frozen Shoulder Follow Up )

Hi all,

Now into the 9th month, having received the manipulation and follow up physio for the past 6 weeks.

This afternoon I go to see the shoulder surgeon, to follow up from the procedure.

As mentioned before this can last up to 2-3 years for some so I am very fortunate to have escaped with only 9 months of discomfort

Although not completely 100% back to normal, movement has improved so very much and pain is zero compared to earlier - so good news on that front.

I am positive he will equally be as pleased, but do have a nagging worry that he may suggest option 2 ( actual keyhole surgery ) to regain 100% movement.

Anyway, please keep your fingers crossed for me this afternoon, when I hope to walk from that hospital and put this all behind me

Let's hope so Tracy, emphasize to him how much better you are and pain free and that might put him off suggesting the keyhole. I do hope you get the all clear and then it's up to your body to try and heal itself completely now. Best of luck mate.xxxxxxx
