I would check with your doctor, J. Not worth risking it otherwise, IMO.

I have, but can't tell you what it felt like, I had two DVTs at the time and the one in my liver was too painful for me to even think about the one in my leg!

Do get to the docs though - depending on where it is and how old it is, it could easily move and the outcome doesn't bear thinking about.

I had one in my portal vein from my liver but that had fused to the vein wall so wasn't going anywhere, they were worried about the one in my IVC (in the top of my leg) because it was able to move and the IVC leads to the heart.

Seriously - get it checked out, it's not worth risking it.

My OH had it and his leg felt solid and heavy and really achy - if you suspect it you MUST get it checked out - if the clot moves it can be very dangerous.

My OH went to the DRS and was told to get straight to the DVT clinic in the hospital and had several blood tests.

PLEASE get it checked out if you are worried.

Is your calf swollen and is it more sore if you bring your toes up towards you.
Whatever it is get it checked out as a swollen leg isn't normal.
Good luck hun x

Just going to say the same, pain when pulling your toes up toward you is a fairly good sign. Also if your calf is hard.
But what ever, I think you should get checked at the docs.
Take care, hope it is better soon.

Hiya hun,

sorry to hear this, hope you're not too sore. xx

I work as a carer, and have come across this a fair bit (although have never had it myself), please get it checked out by a Dr asap. xxx

Big hugs.
