cronic cramp

been suffering for a while now, not just in my calf muscles. but also my knuckles n fingers get stuck in a strange position. so popped into the docs, was pleased got straight in, i thought he would give me some tabs n send me on my way. but no he wants me to see a vascular surgeon. oh great just what i need more tests n pulling around.

under normal circumstances, cramps occurr when too much exercise has taken place and you havent replaced lost salts.

You're not a long distance runner are you?

oh yea i run to the loo every morning i do try to walk as much as poss.
and ive been eating way too many bananas they give me wind i know too much info

should be careful about eating too many bananas, they give you constipation also!

I only know this from watching a banana eating contest in holland once...funny as hell!!

Just read this thread..............so that's why I have cramp all the time.
I'm no long distance runner, but hey I get loads and loads of exercise...........

I was told to disolve a teaspoon of salt in a glass of water and drink it! It always seemed to work, but I don't know whether it was the walk to the kitchen or the drink (AWFUL) which did it... It went away...
