Just a little update, took Lucy to Pets at Home (again) today and unfortunately she's lost all the weight and some that she'd gained last week (she was 14.7kg when we got her, went up to 15.9kg and today is down to 14.3kg). Lovely lady in there (who's had lots of dogs for years) advised sensitive puppy food and treats in order to build up weight and hopefully stop the diarrhoea! So that's what we've started today... Fingers and paws crossed!!

I hope the new feeding regime works for Lucy. As others have said she will be unsettled for a little while yet having just joined your family, but with love and a consistent approach she will settle into a routine with you before too long. Well done on taking Lucy on from the rescue centre - hope you have many happy years together
